| Soft Target Technologies has been active in the
support of CPR's DMS software for over 4 years. We are able to offer
agency specific programming, and reports. We can modify your existing
software or provide you with new modules based on your needs. We're
at home in PICK, UniVerse, or MVworks. We've recently added FlashConnect
to our skill set as well. We also have developed the ability to convert
the main CPR files to flat files that can be inported to any database.
We offer quick turn around times and affordable rates. |

| We will do most of our work at our office, using
our development servrs. Most of the time we will meet with the client,
deliever a programming change specification sheet and quote. When
the quote is approved and a signed work order returned, we will begin
work. If a modification to an existing program is requested, we will
dial into your system and copy the program. All modifications will
be coded and tested on our machines. The new or modified routine will
be delivered onto your system and will not go live until your staff
has had a chance to test, approve, and in certain instances, train
your staff. |

| We are unable to offer hardware support at this
time. We can recommend a local vendor if need be. We feel that most
companies are better off with local support. |
